My experiences are divided into the varying stages of contact represented below.
First Contact:
In the last 3-4 years I have approached Sharing Insight on three occasions for discussions regarding varying assignments. From the first contact they have been consistently positive. With each and every opportunity they quickly fitted in to our needs and presented options on how we could move forward.
First meeting:
From the first meeting we agreed the extent of the assignment and obtained a proposal. Together, clearly and legibly, we were able to formulate our different roles in the continuing work whilst working on how we keep to schedule.
Offer Quotation:
The offer quotation has always been clearly and legibly put forward with a basic scope as well as further optional days.
The ongoing work:
The assignment roles continued to be discussed to obtain maximum effectivity within the meetings. The responsibility for the work carried out between the meeting lay always with us, however full assistance from Peter/Martin as facilitators always drove us forward faster than if we would have done it ourselves. The tools were supplied with appropriate speed and with a good feeling for what was suitable for us.
When required even a slight adjustment of what was to be achieved could also be implemented.
On the assignments we have worked together on we have seen that Sharing Insight have two consultants on hand, both with slightly different profiles, giving us a good variation in approach and style of facilitation. The proposals have been highly useful throughout the period and have also been very successful; otherwise we would have been left in a conflict-inclined situation.
Closing – Determining results:
Determining whether we, as customers, are happy with the assignments has always been carried out. The assignments always achieved the required results.
Conclusion:
Sharing Insight has always fulfilled our expectations with the greatest sharpness for our requirements and needs.
